Andrea Perlak: Andrea Perlak, CPA – a prominent figure in International Crypto and Web3 Industry Finance and Accounting – resides in the United States with over 25 years of experience. As the Founder & CEO of Crypto Accounting Group and co-founder of the El Salvador Web3 company, PX33, Andrea actively shapes industry-leading accounting standards to drive mainstream crypto adoption. With a rich background, from her early days at KPMG to serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at a Web3 public accounting firm, Andrea’s influence extends globally. She has testified before key U.S. congressional committees and participated in panels worldwide, leveraging her deep understanding of global accounting standards and the digital assets space. Living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Andrea balances her professional pursuits with family life, residing with her husband, 11-year-old son, and two fluffy sled dogs, while her daughter attends NYU Shanghai.

Tim Schojohann is a business professional by trade and technologist at heart. With over a decade of international experience in fast-growing enterprise software companies (i.e. BMC Software, MongoDB), he pivoted to Blockchain in 2020 and broadened his focus to digital trust in B2B. Currently, as co-founder at Cryptar, he is launching a joint initiative with TÜV Rheinland, focusing on the anticipated Ecodesign Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR). As a voluntary member of Platform Industry 4.0, Tim also co-authored an upcoming publication on considerations for the adoption of collaborative data spaces. He is passionate about digital trust and when he is not arguing about the credibility of information, he enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding as well as winding roads.

Tristan Thoma specializes on the Nationalization of Digital Assets, based on his role leading the resurgence of El Salvador’s national crypto system—the only operational model in the world. His distinctive firsthand experience in system & business design, technical architecture and policy creation uniquely positions him to support both high-level strategic initiatives and precise tactical decisions. Working globally, he advises Fortune500 institutions and governments throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa and the Middle East on responsible national crypto innovation with the objective of increasing financial inclusion and resilience.

David Doss: With 15+ years in marketing, growth, and investment, David Doss has led teams and managed budgets over seven figures in the digital economy and alternative assets spaces. He holds a summa cum laude BA from UC Berkeley, an MA as a Fulbright Scholar, and an MBA in strategy and innovation. His expertise spans non-profits, startups, and digital transformation for giants like Saks 5th Avenue and Citi. With seven years in blockchain, he chairs CKC.Studio (blockchain growth studio) and manages CKC.Fund (digital asset fund manager). David also serves on ChainBLX’s board, fostering Davos-centric corporate events and development, as well as Cayman-based alternative asset funds including social impact projects. His mission: use tech and innovation for global change via CKC’s web3 and digital asset infrastructure support.
