The article points out that U.S. investors (at least at the institutional and accredited investor level) may be hesitant to invest due to regulatory uncertainty related to the SEC — and the various rules on both the state and Federal level.
Is this the sole cause of the discrepancy? Or do you think there are other factors in play? I would have thought that European investors would have been a little less bullish than investors in North America.
