With the promising features of Bitcoin (such as decentralization), this might actually take the U.S. dollar off its throne as the world’s “reserve currency.” Also, recalling January 10th’s recent approvals, where “the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved 11 spot Bitcoin ETF products, with 10 launching the next day,” this only strengthens its nomination as the next reserve currency.
